Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RangeHours mobile application operated by RangeHours ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the Service
RangeHours provides information about golf driving ranges including hours of operation, amenities, and pricing. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit false or misleading information about driving ranges.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at noreply@rangehours.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
User-Submitted Content
Driving range managers may submit updates to range information. By submitting content, you grant RangeHours a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the service.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Accuracy of Information
Driving range hours, prices, and amenities are provided for informational purposes. RangeHours does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any range information. Always confirm details directly with the driving range.
Intellectual Property
The RangeHours app, logo, and all associated content are owned by RangeHours and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RangeHours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
